Central, Belgrade, MT to seek public input regarding ORDINANCE NO. 2010-7 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BELGRADE, MONTANA, CREATING CHAPTER 4 OF TITLE 4 OF THE BELGRADE CITY CODE PROHIBITING THE DISPLAY, CONSUMPTION, OR SMOKING OF MEDICAL MARIJUANA IN PUBLIC. A copy of the proposed Ordinance is on file and is open to inspection during regular office hours at Belgrade City Office. The Belgrade City Council will consider all testimony, written or spoken at the meeting. Written comments should be submitted to the City of Belgrade, 91 E. Central, Belgrade, MT 59714 by noon on Wednesday, September 1, 2010 so that they can be included in Council packets.
